At GlobalTech College, we aim to offer flexibility while maintaining the quality and planning of our Oracle & Cloud training services. This policy outlines cancellation and refund terms for individuals, corporate clients, and group bookings.


1. Individual Course Cancellation
  • No refund once the course has started or materials accessed.

(Self-paced and online course rules apply as mentioned earlier.)


2. Corporate Bookings & Group Training Sessions

For companies or groups enrolling 3 or more participants or booking customized corporate training:

a) Cancellation Terms

  • Full Refund:
    If cancellation is requested 14 days or more before the agreed training start date, a 100% refund will be issued.
  • Partial Refund:
    Cancellations made between 7 to 13 days before the start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • No Refund:
    Cancellations made less than 7 days before the training start date are non-refundable due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments.

b) Rescheduling Policy

  • Corporate clients may request one free reschedule if notified at least 5 days in advance.
  • Further rescheduling may incur an administrative fee of 10% of the booking value.

c) Participant Substitution

  • Companies may substitute participants at no additional cost up to 2 days before the training begins.

d) Customized Training Programs

  • For bespoke training solutions (tailored content, on-site delivery, etc.), a non-refundable deposit (typically 20-30%) may apply upon agreement.

3. Course Cancellation by GlobalTech College

If we must cancel or postpone a corporate or group session:

  • Clients will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at a mutually convenient date.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. For corporate accounts, refunds will be issued to the registered billing entity.


5. Non-Refundable Items
  • Study materials, certification exam vouchers, or administrative fees already incurred.
  • Discounted packages or promotional group deals may have specific terms outlined at booking.

6. How to Submit a Cancellation or Reschedule Request

All requests must be sent in writing to:
